Home board
Today's jobs, what's on the road, what needs attention and what's due on the fleet, grouped and in order of urgency, the moment you sign in.
Transport & warehouse management
Freight Wave brings jobs, planning, drivers, tachograph and operator compliance, live tracking, invoicing and your warehouse together in one web app, and emails your customers from your own address. Your office runs on facts instead of phone calls. Nothing to install: open a browser and sign in.

Transport management
Built with UK hauliers: operator licence compliance, pallet networks and real HGV costs are part of the product, not add-ons.
Today's jobs, what's on the road, what needs attention and what's due on the fleet, grouped and in order of urgency, the moment you sign in.
Up to ten drops, booked delivery windows, rate and fuel surcharge worked out, ADR, temperature and customs details, orders imported from a spreadsheet, and a full history of who changed what.
A week board that suggests a driver and lorry for each job, checks holidays, drivers' hours and open defects, and shows how the pallets fit on the trailer, then prints each run sheet with a QR code.
Jobs, status, photos and signatures on the driver's own phone, even with no signal. Drivers scan a run sheet's QR code to take a job, and claim fuel and expenses with a photo of the receipt.
Daily checks with photos. A lorry with a defect can't be put on a job until it's repaired or signed off, and every fix is on record.
Card and head downloads, drivers' hours and working time infringements with letters to sign in the app, and a monthly report emailed on the 1st.
Every vehicle from your telematics, with journey history, arrival times, weather warnings on today's routes, and a tracking link customers can open without logging in.
Truck-safe routing with height, weight and axle limits, Clean Air Zone and London charges, and a true cost per run from fuel, wages and overheads.
What each job and customer really makes, and what each lorry costs per mile in fuel, repairs, tyres, lease and insurance.
Price from miles or real operating cost, then turn accepted quotes into jobs without re-typing.
VAT invoices emailed with signed delivery notes, waiting time charged automatically, credit notes, overdue reminders, credit limits, and Xero, Sage or QuickBooks.
Customers book collections, follow their deliveries, see how many arrived on time and in full, message you about a job, and download delivery notes and invoices.
DVLA and MOT details looked up, inspections and tyres scheduled, VOR tracked, fines logged against the driver who had the lorry.
Import manifests, spot late consignments and turn any consignment into a job in one click.
Owner, Admin, Office, Driver and Read Only roles with two-step sign-in, subject access, erasure, retention and an append-only audit trail.
The office, drivers and customers in one place: chat about a job, message a driver or the whole team, and see who has read it.
Pass work to another haulier and they see it in their own portal, with nothing of yours they don't need.
Each depot sees its own jobs, lorries and drivers, or look at them all together.
Each customer's contract and terms on record, and the paperwork they insist on: drivers are reminded at the stop, and the job isn't invoiced until it's all in.
Choose and arrange the panels on Home, stack them to share a space, and pick a look, or your company's own colours from its logo.
Policies and renewals, accident reports from drivers with photos, claims, and a pack for your insurer in one PDF.
Route costing
Drop in the stops and Freight Wave plans a truck-legal route, then prices it from your own fuel economy, driver rates and daily overheads, with a recommended sell price and margin.
Due dates
MOTs, tax, inspections, LOLER, tachograph calibrations and your operator licence land in one calendar, colour-coded by status and counted down on Home every morning.
Operator compliance
The things a traffic examiner asks about are checked as you work, not the night before an audit. When they do ask, one button gives them the lot.
Driver CPC
Record each course as it's done. Freight Wave counts the hours in the five years before each driver's card expires and warns you a year ahead if someone is short.
Running costs
Fuel from your fuel card statements, repairs and tyres from Maintenance, and each vehicle's lease, insurance and road tax, spread over the period you pick, with miles from the tacho.
For drivers
Drivers add Freight Wave to their phone's home screen, on iPhone or Android, and it opens like an app. Status updates, photos, signatures and checks are kept on the phone when there's no signal and sent the moment it returns.

For your customers
Give each customer their own login. They see only their own work, never your costs or notes, and they stop phoning the office for updates.
Collection and delivery addresses, extra drops, contacts and price, sent straight to your Home board to accept.
In the portal, or from a tracking link with no login: when it's collected, when it should arrive, and an email when it's nearly there.
The signed delivery note emailed when the last drop is done, and ready to download.
Every invoice and what's due, as PDFs.

Works everywhere you do
Office PC, laptop, tablet or phone: sign in from any modern browser. Updates appear on every screen in seconds. All screenshots use demo data.
Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on Windows, Mac, Linux and Chromebook. Nothing to install, and updates arrive automatically.

Full-screen tracking and planning for the traffic office wall or the yard, on iPad or Android tablets.

iPhone or Android: add it to the home screen and it opens full screen, like an app.
Email built in
Connect your company mailbox once (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your own mail server) and Freight Wave sends these for you, as you.
Each invoice as a PDF with the signed delivery notes attached, to the customer's accounts address, and marked as sent.
Polite reminders on the days you choose after the due date, until the invoice is paid.
The signed delivery note and photos to the customer as soon as the driver finishes the drop.
A heads-up to the delivery contact by email or text message when the lorry is nearly there, from live tracking.
A link to follow the delivery, with no login, ready to email or text.
Last month's tachograph compliance PDF to you on the 1st, for the operator licence file.
Warehouse management
Freight Wave WMS tracks every pallet by location, batch and client, from the booked dock slot to the despatched order, with 3PL billing worked out from the same movements.
Log in to WMSDock bookings, scanned receiving against purchase orders, and directed putaway.
A movement-based stock ledger with batches, expiry, serials, counts and replenishment.
Pick runs, a packing desk and despatch, with pick accuracy tracked.
Storage and handling charged per client from the tariff, ready to invoice.

Security
Each customer's data is walled off at the database by server-side rules, with automated tests covering the separation.
Five roles decide who can view, edit, price and administer, enforced on the server, not just hidden in the screen.
Users can add to the audit trail but the database refuses edits and deletions, so history cannot be quietly rewritten.
HTTPS end to end, encrypted storage in the EU, a strict content security policy, two-step sign-in and an optional PIN lock.
A 30-minute walkthrough, set up around how your office works today. Nothing to install, so you can be running the same week.
